Frequently Asked Questions

  • Billing is handled directly through the TrueCoach platform upon account registration. Credit cards are accepted! Your subscription will auto-renew every four weeks, on the same billing date until cancellation.

  • Please reach out to Tory (victoria@rootandrisefitness.com) or via the in-App messenger feature with your cancellation request and your account will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle, no questions asked.

  • You’ll have access to your programming through the end of your billing cycle, after which you’ll no longer be able to access the App.

  • You’ll receive a new cycle of workouts every six weeks, but programming will change slightly (increasing in intensity/ difficulty) every single week.

  • The Root & Rise Fitness App is hosted through TrueCoach, available on iPhone, Android, and desktop. You’ll receive a link to download the App upon account registration.

  • Tory will maintain communication at minimum, once per week via the in-App messenger feature. You have 24/7 messaging access to Tory for unlimited form-checks or questions, simply navigate to the in-App messenger feature to upload videos of your workouts or to chat.
